Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to identify clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide occupational therapy interventions to clients to improve their functional abilities. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as speech therapists and case managers, to coordinate care for clients. Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate clients and their families on strategies for maximizing independence and improving quality of life. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, techniques, and interventions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare team members. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
