Title – Nurse Manager of CVOR RN Location – Houston, TX 77004 Duration – Full Time/Permanent What You Will Do In Your Role: · You will assist the Director of Surgical Services with all department activities to assure a coordinated effort in fulfilling department responsibilities with the long range plan, mission, vision, and values of the facility. · You will assist in coordinating the department’s participation in Performance Improvement activities to assure continuous Quality Improvement. · You will ensure that nursing care is based on the nursing process and evaluates the effectiveness on an ongoing basis. · You will provide clinical support to the nursing staff. · You will demonstrate team work, adaptability, and serve as a resource to the Surgical Services team. Requirements: - · MUST HAVE RECENT (Within the last year) 3-5 years of leadership experience in the · CVOR \would accept charge nurse experience. · Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required. · Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License · BLS Certification is required.
