Responsibilities Nurse Educator - Critical Care Full-time, Day Shift, Exempt position located at Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA The Nurse Educator works with the team to provide high quality and evidence-based practice to all clinical and non-clinical staff at Corona Regional Medical Center. This role includes policy and procedure development, implementation of new skills, equipment, and processes. Responsibilities include competency validation for all disciplines, onboarding new team members, and conducting training for Nurse Residency, Preceptor Workshop, CNA Workshops, Critical Care Orientation Series, and ICU/SD New to Specialty Programs. The Educator attends departmental meetings as needed, coordinates with various clinical departments, and manages projects as needed.
