Hospital based Addiction Medicine need for Nurse Practitioner - Physician Assistant in New Rochelle This is shift work 7a-7p and must do 84 hours in a 14 day block, including 2 weekend days. Job Function: Day time shift work 7a-7p Can do 7on/7off or 7 shifts in a 14 day period with 2 weekend days required Assessment and management of candidates presenting with withdrawal symptoms. Coordinate patients’ progress and treatment plans with an active multi-disciplinary team including counselors, nursing, and psychiatry. Evaluate patients for medication-assisted treatments, working collaboratively with staff to ensure continuity of care after discharge. Acquire knowledge of the most up-to-date evidence-based practices in the field.
