Job Description

Seeking a permanent, part-time, non-resident community manager to handle all general managerial duties, aside from accounting duties, for a 20 story, 64 unit condominium highrise in the city of San Francisco. Responsibilities include: Familiarity with HOA requirements under the Davis-Stirling Act. Daily assistance in maintenance and staffing issues. Promptly responding to owner issues and requests. Attending all Board meetings and providing proper documentation to regulatory authorities. Preferred, but not required: previous highrise experience in the city and county of San Francisco, with pay commensurate with experience. Please submit all resumes as well as references.
