Strong understanding of child development, learning disabilities, and mental health issues affecting students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and administrators. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
