Apply now and learn why there’s MoreAtFreddieMac Our Impact: We are responsible for working with Seller/Servicers to obtain information necessary for asset surveillance and successful loan securitization. We work closely with multiple groups within Freddie Mac Multifamily to support our multifamily securitization program. Your Impact: Support the process of reviewing and analyzing loan-level property financial information and rent roll. Communicate effectively with Seller/Servicers and internal customers. Provide outstanding customer service while managing a large volume of requests and deadlines. Support the securitization due diligence process. Assist with addressing rating agency and investor questions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired. Minimum of one year of related experience. Team player with a positive attitude. Keys to Success in this Role: Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to detect risk. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams). This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $66,000 - $100,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity, and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
