Milieu Coordinator Opportunity - Fuller Hospital is a 109-bed licensed, private psychiatric facility located in South Attleboro, Massachusetts providing inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services to residents of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Inpatient units are designed to treat adults with general psychiatric or intellectual disabilities, as well as adolescents with general psychiatric issues. Patients with co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders can be treated on most units. Fuller Hospital also provides a less intensive Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) to patients with psychiatric and co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders. The Milieu Coordinator is an important member of the Fuller Hospital's inpatient multidisciplinary treatment team. This is a Full Time, 40 hour per week position. Responsibilities Functions under the direct supervision of an RN and in conjunction with the Senior Manager of Education, in providing direct patient care and in maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu so that the hospital can fulfill its primary mission of providing quality health care within the community. Responsible for coordinating the shift responsibilities of the milieu staff and promoting a positive work culture within the program. Qualifications Job Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. One year of experience working in a behavioral health setting is preferred.
