To continue this transformation, we’re seeking a Microsoft 365 Engineer II with experience in the configuration of Microsoft 365 services and applications. The ideal candidate has working knowledge and previous experience configuring and deploying M365 cloud-based SaaS applications and has a desire to both learn and implement cutting edge technologies. The Microsoft 365 Engineer II is responsible for day-to-day administration, maintenance and availability of all M365 services and supporting tools. Additionally, the Microsoft 365 Engineer demonstrates and encourages a culture of automation, orchestration, and efficiency. The position helps maximize our investment in Microsoft tools. Outcomes and Activities: This position will work from home and also require work onsite at an assigned office work location Ambassador to our corporate office for team members coming on-site to host events Responsible for facilitating all on-site events from a technological perspective (i.e.; Presentations, streaming, etc.) Design, build, and maintain all conference rooms in our corporate office Manage Azure Active Directory, AAD Connect, and the Azure App Proxy Configure Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Exchange Online, O365 and other M365 offerings Assists with the implementation of new applications, features, and processes Maintains system health of all cloud based M365 applications Responsible for being a subject matter expert (SME) for multiple applications and/or processes Research&recommend new Microsoft 365 tools to increase collaboration&innovation Provide escalated support&troubleshooting for IT while delivering outstanding customer support Create detailed&thorough documentation of processes and procedures Provide both on-call and after-hours support for change management, maintenance, or troubleshooting Participate in Disaster Recovery exercises, and create/maintain up to date recovery documentation Competencies: Customer Empathy: Customer Empathy is the ability to understand the perspectives, pain points, and experiences of customers. Requirements: 5 years of IT experience, 3 years in an admin role (Desktop or Server) 3 years managing Microsoft 365 applications and tools 1 year experience facilitating large meetings (Town Halls, Webinars, etc.) with Microsoft Teams or equivalent Intermediate PowerShell knowledge Intermediate Windows and Active Directory knowledge Intermediate Windows Infrastructure knowledge (DNS, DHCP, GPOs, Certificates, etc) Intermediate knowledge of integrations between Azure offerings and mobile devices (iOS, Android, etc.) Ability to participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and ability to work night and weekends Preferred Experience: Bachelor’s Degree related to information technology Experience with Proofpoint archiving and email security Experience with vMix, OBS, or other live streaming software Experience with Microsoft Power Platform Experience with Microsoft SQL Experience with SharePoint Experience with VMware Familiarity with Citrix and VDI Familiarity with ServiceNow, Workday Target Compensation: A competitive base salary an annual variable cash bonus will range from $91,584 to $139,009. Final compensation within the range is influenced by many factors including role-specific skills, depth and experience level, industry background, relevant education and certifications, and geographic location.
