Job Description Job Description Mergers and Acquisitions Manager - Healthcare Sector 100&REMOTE POSITION $130K - $145K Bonus Outstanding Benefit Package including 20 days PTO Fully Remote Schedule (Must be based in the U.S. and available for occasional travel to HQ) We are seeking a skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Manager with a strong focus on the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in transaction management and will be responsible for leading various M&A initiatives from inception to completion. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic growth efforts. Key Responsibilities: Lead the full lifecycle of M&A transactions, including identification, due diligence, negotiation, and execution Present potential outcomes and valuations to leadership within finance, development, and operations Manage the planning process and analyses related to strategic growth initiatives, ensuring engagement with appropriate internal and external stakeholders Analyze deal structures for joint ventures, optimizing outcomes for all parties and integrating insights from third-party studies Perform rigorous assessments of the operational and financial impacts of potential transactions Lead review meetings and actively participate in due diligence sessions Conduct financial and operational due diligence analysis of targets, identifying key deal issues and risks Support ad hoc projects, including prospect pipeline analysis and tracking of prior investments, to enhance the group's operational connectivity Identify and develop high-impact analyses on business drivers, trends, and risks/opportunities, utilizing both internal and external data Suggest and implement cost reduction strategies, tracking progress toward achieving set goals Provide support for division-wide budgeting, forecasting, and other financial analysis projects Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, effectively communicating findings and recommendations Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including Information Security Policies, ensuring the organization remains secure Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in transaction-focused roles within corporate development or investment banking, specifically within the healthcare industry required Demonstrated track record of successfully managing M&A transactions from start to finish Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and interpret complex financial models and reports Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and word processing software Ability to navigate and manage strategic growth initiatives across various stages of the M&A process Experience leading teams and managing direct reports in a fast-paced environment.
