Are you a natural born leader? As a Team Lead, you’ll manage a merchandising crew on-site as they execute special projects such reset, remodels, and new store execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You’ll help promote teamwork among the crew, store operations and construction during projects while ensuring our company and the retailer’s standards are met. Our corporate office has planted roots in Tampa, FL, but we hire Merchandising Team Leads all over the nation. We're hiring immediately Responsibilities: Represent us well by being the face of Apollo Promote positivity and open-door communication Support Apollo policies and procedures Constant communication with District Manager and Project Manager Find opportunities and help correct challenges with DM/PM On time&accurate reporting Coach and monitor team performance Recognize, motivate, and give positive feedback to your team Resolve issues and conflict among team members Maintain OSHA requirements for safety and quickly report accidents if they should occur Complete project in or under budgeted hours Requirements: Minimum 2 years merchandising experience and experience leading a team Ability to cross-reference planograms and other retail related documents Interpersonal skills Strong fixture and anchoring knowledge Forklift&scissorlift certifications a plus Must have transportation, tools, smart device for reporting Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer knowledge Be willing to travel minimum 50% Possible nights and weekends Possible daily and/or overnight travel required. Ability to stand , bend, kneel for long and lift 50lbs of weight Frequently climb and descend ladders Perks: Paid Mileage&Travel Pay Per Diem&Hotel for Travelers Free Training Resources Project Can Range from -040 Hours Per Week Based on Volume Weekly Pay (“Rain” Offered)
