As burnout is highly prevalent in our field, we proudly offer a formula fit for reducing provider burnout and increasing work life balance About the Role Due to exceptional clinical success and patient demand, Sensible Care is GROWING and now hiring remote/telehealth LMFT, LPCC, and LCSW providers to provide care throughout California. We offer flexible 24-40 hour work week options to help prevent provider burnout. If you enjoy curating a flexible schedule that fits your lifestyle while being part of a fun, collaborative, and supportive team, we’d love to talk to you What we offer: 40-hour Workweek Includes: Annual Salary options from $90,000 - $95,000 License fees paid Liability insurance coverage 401(k) account with contribution matching Up to $1,000 in CE expenses reimbursed Gym membership stipend 15 vacation days, 5 sick days, and 13 paid holidays annually Health, Dental, and Vision coverage for you and your family Collaborative team approach Excellent staff to help with administrative burdens Insurance claims entirely handled by our staff Pre-qualified clients Excellent comprehensive benefits Weekly group consultations with fellow providers Support in continuing education in order to earn desired certificates Potential for growth into Leadership positions Virtual and In-person company gatherings We’re Seeking Professionals Who: Have an active California professional license LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW Physically reside in California Have experience with child/adolescent therapy Are passionate about mental healthcare and illustrate personable and warm demeanor and delivery culturally sensitive care Have experience providing services in an outpatient setting Are able to learn and manage multiple technological platforms Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Are timely, diligent, detail-oriented and can work well in a team Are comfortable treating depression, anxiety, and trauma Have active professional liability insurance (preferred), and valid NPI number Are able to meet the credentialing requirements for major insurance panels _Stay up to date on the latest company news, and openings_ Follow us on LinkedIn (Sensible Care) and Instagram (sensiblecarementalhealth) _Sensible Care is committed to serving our clients and empowering our providers and the multitude of teams who support our providers.
