Job Description Summary: As a Master Nissan Certified Technician, you will be a crucial member of our service team, responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Nissan vehicles to the highest standards. Your expertise and certification will play a key role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers and the efficient operation of our service department. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and address issues with Nissan vehicles. Perform routine maintenance and complex repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other vehicle systems. Maintain up-to-date Master Nissan Certification and stay informed about the latest advancements in Nissan automotive technology. Ensure compliance with Nissan's technical specifications and repair procedures. Work efficiently to complete repairs within established timeframes. Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair details and timelines to customers. Conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure all repairs meet or exceed industry and Nissan standards. Address any issues or discrepancies promptly. Interact with customers to discuss vehicle issues, explain recommended repairs, and provide accurate cost estimates. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and customer-centric manner. Document all diagnostic and repair activities accurately. Complete repair orders and maintain detailed records of services performed. Required Qualifications: ASE Certified. 5 years of proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably specializing in Nissan vehicles. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment. Excellent knowledge of automotive systems, components, and repair procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
