Our manufacturing facility in Chowchilla operates 24/7, and we're on the lookout for dynamic individuals to join our team as Manufacturing Associates (Inspector Packers) . As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play a crucial role in the production process, operating various packaging machines to create finished products. Your responsibilities will span from preparing packaging materials to conducting visual inspections, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality. Additionally, you'll play a key role in supporting your team during product changeovers. What do you bring? High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred) Prior manufacturing experience (Preferred) Ability to work weekends, holidays, and 12-hour shifts. Flexibility to rotate between day shift (7:30 AM to 7:30 PM) and night shift (7:30 PM to 7:30 AM) every four (4) weeks. Ability to read and write in English Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time Ability to communicate with team members and supervisors Flexibility regarding work hours and shifts Dependable and punctual Commitment to following safety protocols and guidelines Ability to troubleshoot and solve basic production-related issues Ability to adapt to changing production demands and tasks Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team Commitment to maintaining a high standard of quality in production. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is up to 9% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures.
