The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to cultivate and steward individual donors, as well as overseeing a portfolio of major gift prospects. This role will involve working closely with the Chief Development Officer to create and execute fundraising plans, manage donor relationships, and meet revenue goals. The Managing Director of Individual Giving will also collaborate with the communications team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all fundraising efforts.The successful candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising, with experience in individual giving and major gifts.
