Business Segment: Corporate&Investment Banking Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30 Job Responsibilities Lead and co-ordinate critical projects and initiatives that will support the business in providing value added service and deliver "step-change" outcomes. Build and maintain internal and external relationships and work across the value-chain to manage risks and unblock constraints enabling teams to be set up for success. Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives by adequately providing resources and collaborating with Group F&VM and other partners to ensure successful implementation and delivery of initiatives and alignment to domain imperatives. Implement frameworks, standards and tools to promote and maintain the consistent application of Group F&VM standards across CIB, and implement solutions to mitigate and resolve breaches and risks. Lead and drive projects for Finance and Value Management within CIB to ensure sustainable and successful implementation and step-change outcomes. Develop and implement a stakeholder engagement plan highlighting key dates and engagement methods to ensure leaders and relevant stakeholders are continuously informed, expectations are managed, and keep them on track of the main strategic goal. Monitor and manage investments, costs and value creation frameworks to best meet business requirements and strategic objectives. Provide technical guidance&review the work of less experienced team members, ensuring that developmental opportunities are followed through&agreed goals&objectives are achieved. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Type of Qualification: First Degree Field of Study: Finance and Accounting CA (SA) will be advantageous. Experience Required 5-7 years experience in demonstrating a track record of understanding and analysing current and historical business goals and data to predict future outcomes and support the achievement of key strategic objectives. Ability to conduct research and stay abreast of key data, technology trends and tools within the organisation and industry-wide. Deep understanding of CIB Finance, CIB and the Group's strategic goals, key stakeholders and implementation/execution strategies. J-18808-Ljbffr
