Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. Within 1 year of hire: Certification in clinical specialty. 3 years Recent management or supervisory experience. Charge nurse or similar experience may count for up to two years of the required experience. Preferred qualifications: Master's Degree 2 years Management experience in like sized unit.
