Performs preventative maintenance, repairs, initial troubleshooting, and inspections on a variety of building systems and components and on a variety of equipment and devices used in clinical and non-clinical areas. Have a concentration or specialty in a particular trade such as carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or mechanical. Technical extent of work will not require licensure or certification unless under the direct supervision of a qualified and licensed technician. Minimum Education - High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum Work Experience - 1-year experience in facility maintenance and operations (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or finished carpentry) preferred.
