Description Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday 6:30p-11pm Job Description: The LPN / LVN participates, coordinates and provides direct nursing care in a manner which ensures participant's satisfaction and retention. Assists with medication orders and delivery, coordinating with the physician, RN, transportation and home care. Assists physicians and nursing staff with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to vital signs, wound care, medication administration/management, treatments, patient teaching, venipuncture and microcoagulation, catheter care foot care, administration/reading PPD tests and participant set up for physician visit.
