You will provide direct patient care in the acute care setting of the Adult Medical Unit. Qualifications: Patients in the Adult Medical Unit are those with Pneumonia, ENT, Wound, Bladder, UTI, DKA non acute Fafiates, Lung, Stomach, Liver Pancreas Infections Other information: High School Diploma or GED Practical Nursing Formal Education approved by the NM Board of Nursing Licensed Practical Nurse-NM BLS required PDS IV Certification course (within orientation period) Basic Cardiac Arrythmias (BCA) for areas where cardiac telemetry monitoring is used (prior to ACLS) ACLS (within 6 months of being hired) for areas where required Licensed Practical Nurse-NM Education: Essential: High School Diploma or GED Credentials: Essential: Licensed Practical Nurse-NM BLS Certification required at time of hire.
