Line Cook Duties The line cook duties include: Maintaining food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils; Managing sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas; Reading food orders and/or receiving verbal instructions required and prepares orders quickly and accurately; Cleaning and restocking station at the beginning and end of each shift, prepping additional items as necessary; Ensuring prepared food meets quality and quantity requirements; Protecting establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies; Other duties as requested by management.
