Our staff of Psychiatrists, Physician Assistants, and Psychotherapists offer the latest medication and therapy treatment, as we help guide our clients towards mental wellness. In this role you will: Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to a variety of populations from children/adolescents to adults, offering exceptional client care. Manage a caseload of 12-24 attended client sessions per week (Part Time/ Full Time optional). Ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner. Oversee assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plans consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures. Participate in organizational trainings and professional development. Promote, support, and demonstrate Clarity Clinic’s mission, vision, and values through both behavior and job performance and adhere to policies, procedures, Compliance plan, and Standards of Conduct on a day-to-day basis. Perks and Benefits: Compensation: $40-$50/per hour commensurate to years of experience&Licensure. Part Time (12hrs) or Full Time (24 attended sessions is required). 401k match up to 4%. $500.00 CME/Professional development stipend to help cover licensure renewal fees&CE courses. 3 days of accrued PTO, plus 5 accrued sick/wellness days. 2 days (16 hours) of paid training allowance. Qualifications&Minimum Requirements: Must have and/or be license eligible and actively working toward licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (AMFT). Master's in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field plus 1 to 2-year internship and 0 to 1-year prior experience in a clinical setting. Experience with any/all of the following treatment modalities is beneficial: Family-focused therapy, Multi-systemic therapy, CBT | DBT | ACT, EMDR (must be certified), Hypnosis (must be certified and show proof from an accredited organization), Health psychology (chronic health issues or pain management), CADC, Marriage and Family Therapy.
