Job Summary: Join a dedicated team in providing comprehensive care to individuals on their journey to recovery. As a Social Worker at our inpatient addiction center, you’ll support clients through assessments, counseling, and personalized care planning in a structured, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct intake assessments to identify each client’s needs, history, and treatment goals. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team. Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, offering guidance and support to clients. Provide crisis intervention and case management, ensuring clients have access to necessary resources. Advocate for clients and connect them to community resources for ongoing support post-discharge. Document progress and collaborate closely with the healthcare team for seamless care.
