Shift Availability for Licensed Practical Nurse: Full-time 9:45pm-6:15am, 1:45pm-10:15pm Part-time 5:45am-2:15pm and 1:45pm-10:15pm $4000 for FT and $2,000 sign on BONUS for Part-time positions.
