Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Duties: - Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition. - Assist with airway management and provide basic life support when necessary. - Provide care for patients with dementia, ensuring their comfort and safety. - Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. - Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention. - Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA standards.
