Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing Current Certified Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse 1 year of home care or hospice experience Able to seek patient feedback, advocate for patient, understanding of patient needs, and managing patient expectations Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Valid driver’s license and insurance Reliable transportation to perform job tasks You will report to the Administrator or Branch Director. _This is not a comprehensive list of all job duties; a full job description will be provided upon request_ _We value the unique skills of veterans and military spouses.
