Job Description Job Description We have an immediate opening for a Legal Secretary/Administrative Assistant in our Harrisburg Office to work with our Commercial Construction and Energy&Utilities Groups. This position requires legal secretary experience, excellent communication and organization skills, and a desire to learn. Duties: · Format pleadings and other legal documents · File legal documents · Correspond with clients · Maintain calendars (deadlines, discovery, etc.) · Search, file, and assemble information. · Type letters, documents, and reports. · Review documents for accuracy. · Organize and maintain files. Qualifications · Demonstrate proficiency in data management software · Possess excellent written and verbal skills · Be familiar with certain court procedures · Be proficient typists · Meet deadlines · Knowledge of e-filing and court systems MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must have some relevant job or educational experience which clearly demonstrates the capability of performing the typical job tasks listed below. Must have good grammar, spelling, and organizational skills. Must have the desire to learn new programs as necessary. Requirements: - Possess at least a High School Diploma/ GED. - Must have at least 5 years of experience.
