The Firm represents small to mid-size businesses, litigation matters in all courts with a substantial practice in estate planning, probate and commercial real estate. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, exceptional problem-solving skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace. Manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence. Providing administrative support to lawyers and enhancing office effectiveness. Competitive wages offered, with good benefits. The duties and responsibilities include: At least three current years of law office experience REQUIRED. Proofreading, formatting and preparing state and federal legal filings, filing legal documents (including e-filing) Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel. Tabs 3 software and collection software a plus. Dictation/Transcription skills required Organizational skills Adaptability to templates, systems, and processes Professionalism Commitment to helping attorney meet deadlines and clients’ needs Strong oral and written communication skills Attention to detail
