Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant to support two attorneys specializing in Transactional Law and Labor&Employment Law. This role offers the opportunity to work in a relaxed and professional environment, where many team members have enjoyed long-term careers with the firm since 2003. Key Responsibilities: Handle pleadings and discovery processes with precision and attention to detail. Manage calendaring and scheduling for attorneys, ensuring deadlines and meetings are met. Transcribe legal documents accurately and efficiently. E-File legal documents in California courts, ensuring compliance with court requirements. Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and correspondence. Qualifications: Strong word processing and proofreading skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook. Experience with e-filing in California courts is a plus. Tech-savvy with the ability to handle scheduling, paperwork, and filing tasks.
