Job Description Job Description Job Description Kirton McConkie, a large Salt Lake City law firm, has an exciting employment opportunity for an experienced legal assistant to work in our International Section. The ideal candidate will have a positive "can-do" attitude to meet the needs of high-level clients and attorneys. Responsibilities Format and construct various pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents. Manage correspondence between attorney and clients. Organize and maintain physical and electronic files. Oversight of individual client preferences, client accounts, and requests. Maintain attorney calendar. Provide proactive and advanced legal support; and Other tasks as needed. Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to meet required deadlines, multi-task, prioritize, organize, and work calmly under pressure. High attention to detail, be proactive, and self-motivated. Ability to both follow instructions, and to think and work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional appearance and attitude. Two years of experience in a law firm preferred; and Bachelor's degree preferred. Compensation is competitive and the firm offers an excellent employee benefits package.
