Job Description The position would be assisting approximately 3 attorneys in our Roseland, NJ office. Some of the major responsibilities of the position include: Finalizing reports, memos, answers, motions, discovery, and other court filings Preparing correspondences Answering telephone calls, emails, and faxes Processing invoices Maintaining internal case files Serving discovery Daily intake of attorney mail Maintaining attorney calendars for court appearances, deadlines, and client meetings The ability to work under a team structure is essential as the support staff is the foundation of the firm. Constant communications with other administrative staff, paralegals, and attorneys are key. A professional demeanor with clients is a must. This position is full-time with a schedule of three (3) full days in-office and two (2) full days remote. Salary range between $50,000 - $62,500. Compensation will be based on experience.
