Job Description The Lead is responsible for ensuring all Cosmetologist/Esthetician/Nail service providers are trained on Homestead treatment protocols, draping techniques and guest service procedures. Responsibilities Essential Functions Display effectively, communicate and hold all spa associates accountable for The Trilogy. Assist Spa Director/Manager in maintaining a par level of treatment products. Assist with reorders as needed. Ensure all treatment rooms are adequately stocked. Assist Spa Director/Manager by ensuring all products are used in an efficient manner. Provide training/coaching/counseling as needed should a spa service complaint be received. Assist Spa Director/Manager by doing a regular walk-thru of the spa treatment areas to ensure all equipment is working and rooms are being maintained to standard. Assist with the interview process of new Cosmetologist/Esthetician/Nail Techs and provide all onboarding training so that all new Cosmetologist/Esthetician/Nail Techs can provide treatments using Homestead protocols. As needed, lead inspiring morning Stand-up meetings that motivate spa associates to provide great spa treatments, impeccable guest service and sell products. Lead Service Provider 2 will train all new massage therapists to standard as well as complete all 30/60/90-day checklists as required. Conduct annual performance reviews for massage therapist hourly associates. J-18808-Ljbffr
