As a Landscape Field Supervisor, you will be instrumental in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our clients' properties while building meaningful connections with your team and customers. Responsibilities Supervise and manage multiple landscape crews, overseeing labor, materials, and time management. Communicate plans and production goals with crew members effectively. Perform minor equipment repairs and ensure proper maintenance. Read and understand the scope of work detailed within contracts. Develop weekly schedules and complete necessary paperwork accurately and timely. Collaborate with Crew Leaders on crew compositions, scheduling, and resource allocation. Order materials as needed or coordinate with the Branch Manager for resources. Track labor hours and key performance indicators for each job. Complete assignments within labor goals and specifications without compromising quality. Meet gross margin goals by setting targets and holding crews accountable for performance. Inform Account Manager about customer issues and provide excellent service. Exceed customer expectations with finished products and services. Address customer concerns effectively and build lasting relationships. Communicate daily expectations to Crew Leaders and Crew Members. Ensure training programs are available and certifications are current. Provide coaching to employees and work with Crew Leaders to meet contract specifications. Manage all enhancement and maintenance jobs and perform work at job sites when required. Handle plant materials, including preparation, planting, and clean-up. Properly handle chemicals and ensure compliance with safety standards. Possess strong irrigation skills, including controller programming and troubleshooting. Operate landscape hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Understand proper pest and weed control methods. Demonstrate professional understanding of chemical applications, hazardous substances, and OSHA compliance. Coordinate crews and routes, dispatch crews, and provide guidance during the snow season. Perform Winter Service tasks such as snow clearing and salting as needed. Be available for “on call” emergencies. Utilize computer skills and MS Office applications effectively. Qualifications REQUIRED: 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory role, with familiarity in horticultural practices and managing landscape projects. Knowledge and experience with hardscape and landscape installations and applications. Ability to lift 50 pounds and operate standard landscaping machinery. Maintain a regular, dependable attendance record. Able to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime. Comfortable working in various weather conditions. J-18808-Ljbffr
