We are looking for a dynamic member of staff to join our very talented team of specialist TAs and Key Workers. This is an opportunity to support a pupil in upper KS2 with SEMH/medical difficulties. Applicants should have a positive and flexible attitude to supporting children with these kinds of difficulties as well as the knowledge of strategies to support engagement in learning. Knowledge and experience of attachment difficulties is desirable but not essential. Additional training will be provided and you would be supported by an experienced and friendly team. Please be advised that this role is linked directly to the child's individual provision and subject to the continued successful application of High Needs Funding; it is therefore a fixed term contract for one academic year in the first instance.
