Applicants should have a positive and flexible attitude to supporting children with these kinds of difficulties as well as the knowledge of strategies to support engagement in learning. Knowledge and experience of attachment difficulties is desirable but not essential. Additional training will be provided and you would be supported by an experienced and friendly team.
