What YOU will do: · Gather and compile data from various sources within the organization. · Review data and ensure accuracy. · Consistently ensure data integrity and quality through regular audits and validations. · Create concise reports to communicate findings and insights by identifying trends and patterns within the data. · Use tools such as Excel, Tableau, and other data software as necessary. · Collaborate with all teams within the Exterior Services division and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies. · Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested by management. · Build predictive models to forecast future service and resource demands. This position is Hybrid and will report in office Tuesday-Thursday.
