Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth financial analysis and valuation of technology firms. Assist in the preparation of presentations and pitch books for clients. Perform industry research to identify market trends and potential opportunities. Collaborate with senior bankers on the execution of M&A transactions. Build and maintain financial models to support deal structures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance 1 year of direct Investment Banking experience Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Passion for the technology sector and understanding of industry trends. Prior internship or experience in investment banking or finance is a plus.
