Our Account Manager – Internal Sales Representatives are individuals with the vision and dedication to provide world-class customer service to our dealer partners through training and prospecting for business opportunities. This is a challenging, dynamic position with high earnings potential and opportunities for career advancement. The Account Manager – Internal Sales Representative position offers a highly incentivized performance-based compensation package. A motivated and driven individual can earn up to and beyond a six-figure income. Account Managers create and nurture ongoing relationships with our dealers. Your objective is to increase the number of deals funded by partnering with nationwide dealers who will be a good fit. You will identify, onboard, and manage growth with dealers from our headquarters office locations. This role requires a consultative sales and management approach. Each Account Manager will manage their own dealer base to understand the Westlake Program and grow their success. This is a full-time position including full-time benefits. Present and communicate company products and services to all levels of management within Independent and Franchise Dealerships Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts assigned to you Follow-up on new CRM generated leads and referrals resulting from telephone calls to Independent and Franchise Dealerships Develop, maintain and grow current and potential dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities Maintain effective communication with dealer partners to train on current programs and fast funding requirements Provide solutions, rehash and restructure vehicle loans for approval in a profitable manner for Westlake and the Dealership Partners Qualifications Qualities we look for in our Account Manager - Internal Sales Representative: Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales (preferred) 1-2 years of previous experience in a Sales role with a proven track record of success High School Diploma required College degree (preferred or equivalent work experience) Strong knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques Clear and effective presentation skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology Goal oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement Able to communicate and work amicably with diverse teams What is our pay plan? No limit on commissions 6 month compensation guarantee of $5,000.00 monthly Average rep earnings after 1 year - $160,000.00 Average earnings of the top 25% reps - $245,000.00 Average earnings of the top 50 reps - $305,000.00 The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of hire and will depend on various factors, including geographic location, skill set, experience, education, and credentials.
