Our Account Manager – Internal Sales Representatives are individuals with the vision and dedication to provide world-class customer service to our dealer partners through training and prospecting for business opportunities. This is a challenging, dynamic position with high earnings potential and opportunities for career advancement. The Account Manager – Internal Sales Representative position offers a highly incentivized performance-based compensation package. A motivated and driven individual can earn up to and beyond a six-figure income. Account managers create and nurture ongoing relationships with our dealers. Your objective is to increase the number of deals funded by partnering with nationwide dealers who will be a good fit. This is a full-time position including full-time benefits. We are a well-established and constantly growing auto finance company. What will you do as our Account Manager - Internal Sales Representative? Present and communicate company products and services to dealership management. Identify sales prospects and contact assigned accounts. Follow-up on new leads and referrals from dealership interactions. Develop, maintain, and grow dealer partnerships. Communicate effectively with dealer partners to train on current programs. Provide solutions and restructure vehicle loans for approval. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales (preferred). 1-2 years of previous experience in a Sales role with a proven track record. High School Diploma required; College degree preferred. Strong knowledge of warm calling and sales techniques. Effective presentation and communication skills. Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology. Goal-oriented with a desire for improvement. Able to work amicably with diverse teams. What is our pay plan? No limit on commissions. 6-month compensation guarantee of $5,000 monthly, followed by another 6 months at $4,000 monthly. Average rep earnings after 1 year - $160,000. Average earnings of the top 25% reps - $245,000. Starting compensation will depend on various factors including skill set and experience. Full Time Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits.
