We are seeking a compassionate and bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our client’s outpatient practice. This position requires a dedicated physician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, culturally sensitive care to a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will be board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, fluent in Spanish, and experienced in managing a broad range of adult and/or family health issues in an outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, in an outpatient setting. Conduct thorough medical assessments, develop treatment plans, and ensure effective follow-up for patients across diverse backgrounds. Build strong rapport with Spanish-speaking patients, ensuring that language barriers do not impede access to quality healthcare. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including nurse practitioners, medical assistants, social workers, and administrative staff, to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to documentation standards and confidentiality protocols. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, team meetings, and professional development activities to enhance patient outcomes and practice efficiency. Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications in both English and Spanish. Requirements: Medical degree (MD or DO) with active licensure to practice medicine in NY. Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Fluency in Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills. At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient or primary care setting is preferred. Commitment to providing culturally competent care, with sensitivity to the unique health needs of a diverse population. _Please note- The annual base salary range is $220k to $260k.
