We offer five core solutions: Organizational Strategy Assessment and Succession Talent Acquisition Leadership Development Total Rewards The Associate will be an integral member of the legal team for Korn Ferry’s In-house Legal Team on a contract basis. This role will perform contract review and negotiations, including non-disclosure agreements, master services agreements, letters of engagement, statements of work, change orders, and other commercial client contracts. They will also support other corporate legal resources and work on other legal projects, as needed. The successful candidate will learn their role on the job as they also become familiar with the Korn Ferry services and business. This role will be supporting Professional&Executive Search, RPO, Interim and Projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Review and negotiate commercial contracts Interface with internal clients to ensure client contracts reflect agreed business terms and are consistent with company policies and approved legal terms and conditions Protect and mitigate company risks that may arise from contractual commitments Use contract management system Support other corporate legal resources as needed PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS Self-motivated team player with strong work ethic and the ability to "get things done" High energy with a sense of urgency Excellent attention to detail Organized and efficient Ability to build rapport and trust within legal team and with internal clients Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to effectively prioritize and simultaneously handle multiple tasks and deadlines Strong follow-through skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a small team Resourceful, good listener with good problem-solving skills Excellent legal and business judgment 5 years’ experience with commercial contract drafting, reviewing and negotiation. Prefer experience in an in-house role. Comfortable managing multiple business priorities Experience using DocuSign CLM or a similar contract management tool This is a full cycle contract role with drafting, red lining, and negotiations EDUCATION JD and licensed attorney in NA Interim Role - Compensation Range is $60.00 - $65.00 / hour J-18808-Ljbffr
