Responsibilities Horizon Health seeks an Intake Clinical Assessment Coordinator for its Behavioral Health Unit located at Johnson Regional Medical Center in Clarksville, AR . The Clinical Assessment Coordinator, in conjunction with the Program Director, will oversee the daily operation functions of the intake team. This includes coordination of the referral development and pre-admission patient assessment process, providing clinical assessments for potential clients, and making clinical recommendations that best support the patient’s stabilization. The Coordinator will also work with referral sources to facilitate admissions.
