You will advise property/casualty and life insurance clients on all aspects of their business. Your work will span formation and licensing, acquisitions, dispositions and restructurings to regulatory compliance, investigations and enforcement actions; including matters in which clients face simultaneous actions in multiple forums – state insurance departments, state attorneys general, SEC and US Department of Justice.
