Blind Care Foundation is a Michigan based, non-profit inclusive digital transformation IT systems company and a leading outsourced provider of talented diversified IT professionals. Foundation is currently searching for motivated and career-minded individuals to join our Training team to meet the growing demand for our training programs. We are looking for individuals who can put their Microsoft Software knowledge to teach subject areas such as: Microsoft Office 365 Responsibilities Function as the first-level Instructor of BlindCare Foundation courses following the course outlines as developed by the organization. Handle all attendee-related administrative matters satisfactorily, prior to, during, and immediately after course completion. Provide feedback to the proper department on any classroom events that may require immediate attention and/or improvements in future offerings. Provide in-depth communication, as required, with the client representatives prior to the class to identify any specific client needs and make suggestions for modifications to the course content where required. Assist, as requested, in the development and/or marketing of training courses in Microsoft Software by BlindCare and/or its prospective clients by providing required technical information regarding course content and other related technical support. Provide assistance in setting up all required hardware and software resources for courses. Qualifications The qualified candidate will possess a minimum education of no less than a 2-year degree or vocational diploma/certificate and a minimum 6-12 months of on-the-job experience in a related field. Candidates with strong written and verbal communication skills, a high level of detail, and the ability to develop lasting professional relationships will be favorably considered. The successful candidate must be a strong team player, with a full understanding of confidentiality agreements and proprietary information. Requirements : Ability to provide after-hours and/or weekend work schedule. Knowledge of computer network hardware, software and peripherals. Strong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to provide exceptional internal and external communication. Shows initiative, motivation and can work independently, or as a team member, to resolve problems. Microsoft Certification. Proficiency of the Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience administering and troubleshooting compliance and security in all Microsoft Office 365 products. Must have prior teaching experience in any field.
