We are seeking a Real Estate Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team in our new office in Soldotna. This is a partially remote, and a commission-based position. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold/warm calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads. Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process. Schedule showing and listing appointments on behalf of the sales team. Qualifications Driven to serve people and offer exceptional customer service. At least one year of experience in sales, such as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or a related role. A real estate license is strongly preferred, or candidates should be currently pursuing one. A high school diploma is mandatory, while a bachelor's degree is preferable.
