Job Description Job Description Sales&Marketing - In-Park Site Director Job Title : In-Park Site Director, Universal Credit Card Program Location : Orlando, FL $130,000-$150,000 Job Summary: The In-Park Site Director, Universal Credit Card Program will lead a team responsible for both the sales strategy and the day- to-day operational execution of the Universal credit card program. This role is a pivotal link between strategic leadership and in-park operational execution, ensuring alignment between sales goals and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, implement sales strategies, and provide exceptional operational support. Key Responsibilities: Leadership&Team Management: • Lead and mentor a diverse team of sales and operational professionals, ensuring alignment with strategic goals set by senior leadership within FNBO and Universal Parks. • Serve as the primary point of contact between sales directors and operational staff, ensuring clear communication of objectives and feedback. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance, ensuring the team delivers on both sales and operational targets. Sales Strategy Execution: • Work closely with the Sales Director to implement sales initiatives and strategies across all theme park locations. • Track sales performance metrics and KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement. • Oversee the daily execution of sales campaigns, ensuring that in-park marketing aligns with broader marketing initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to optimize sales efforts and ensure cohesive support. Operational Oversight&Support: • Manage day-to-day operational functions, ensuring smooth execution of in-park activities and efficient support for marketing, technology, and guest services. • Coordinate with FNBO corporate teams and in-park teams to address operational escalations, including system outages and equipment needs, ensuring timely resolution of issues. • Lead the implementation of safety measures and operational procedures across all park locations, including staffing, access, and safety protocols. Training&Onboarding: • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including comprehensive training programs that align with the sales and operational strategy. • Ensure that new hires are equipped with the necessary tools, devices, and system access to perform their roles effectively. • Provide ongoing feedback and support to team members to ensure continued growth and operational excellence. Stakeholder Communication&Relationship Management: • Serve as the primary liaison between the Sales Director, in-park teams, and Universal Parks partners including Partnerships, Merchandising and Food&Beverage teams ensuring clear communication of goals, results, and challenges. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including C-suite executives at FNBO and Universal as well as vendor partners. • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on team performance, operational challenges, and market trends. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field. • 7 years of experience in sales, operations, or a related field, with demonstrated leadership experience. Direct experience working in a theme park or entertainment desired. • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments. • Willingness to travel (up to 30%) to park locations as needed. • Role is based in park, 100% onsite presence required.
