Job Description Job Summary: H2M architects engineers, a multidiscipline architectural, engineering, and environmental consulting firm, seeks a dynamic Innovation Manager who will enthusiastically create momentum and alignment with key stakeholders and the leadership team to take innovation projects from concept to completion. This position will be an integral member of the Learning and Development team and will report directly to the Director of L&D. Job Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of innovative strategies and initiatives that drive business growth and enhance our competitive advantage. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify innovation ideas, manage the innovation pipeline, and prioritize projects based on strategic value and feasibility. Create prioritization criteria including a framework for employee resources, budget, and timeframe. Oversee the development and implementation of pilot projects to test new ideas and concepts. Manage innovation projects selected for execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Monitor and evaluate the impact of innovation initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies when necessary. Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and others to ensure everyone is informed about project progress, changes, and challenges. Serve as a thought leader and advocate for innovation both internally and externally, fostering a culture of innovation, encouraging all employees to think creatively and take risks. Become a champion of innovation across the organization. Develop a monthly status report to be shared with the CEO and other members of the executive team. Other duties as assigned. Education and Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required. 5 years of experience with project management initiatives. Business Acumen and Entrepreneurial Mindset: point person for data analysis used to inform business recommendations and decisions. Strong ability to structure projects with timelines, costs, tasks, and driving clarity around ownership for the work. Ability to motivate and influence people without direct authority across departments and at all organizational levels. Outstanding interpersonal, relationship building, and employee coaching skills. Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the management team that provides overall company leadership and direction. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities based on business needs. Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail. J-18808-Ljbffr
