The primary focus of an Inbound Engagement Specialist (IES) is to manage prospects and customers inquiries into the Oracle Global Industry Units (GIUs). The mission is to provide rapid response and a superior customer experience. The IES connects over product inquiry channels with the goal of identifying specific business needs and pains, and connecting prospects&customers with relevant sales resources within Oracle GIUs. As an IES, you will act as the first contact for many prospects who are interested in starting sales cycles for industry-specific solutions.
