Job Summary: Inspire Aesthetics Group is seeking a talented and experienced Implementation Project Manager. Implementation Project Manager Job Responsibilities: Managing implementation of new systems, programs, and technologies in newly acquired practices Primary responsibility is actively participating in go-live (remote and onsite) Training practices, working with implementations teams (Nextech, NextPatient, Touch MD etc.) Schedule and instruct clinical and non-clinical staff on appropriate use of software applications for their role Manage transition of practice to platform apps and software Working with platform partners on set up and timing of the go-live Working with practice to hand hold through the process Go onsite to work with a team to prepare for their go-live transition Manage practice until 100% implemented and running smoothly Implementation Project Manager Qualifications / Skills: 5 years management experience running a cosmetic practice preferred Experience with implementation of software to a medical practice Strong customer relation skills with the ability to establish and build client rapport Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time Effective oral and written communication skills are required Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to travel up to 60% Compensation and Benefits: Salary starting at $100,000/year Opportunities for growth and development Employer sponsored health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage Paid time off Flexibility to work in the location that is best for you - 100% remote or in an Inspire Aesthetics Group practice near you J-18808-Ljbffr
