Overall aim: to assist the Hospital Carer Support Advisor (CSA) in their role of providing support, information and advice to carers within the hospital setting. Tasks: Help set up the information table as designated by Hospital Personnel. Assist the Carers First CSA by talking to the public&Hospital Staff and informing them about Carers First services. Check in with the Hospital CSA before starting. Ensure you comply with the policies and procedures set by Mid Essex Trust.
