Department: Adult Education Summary of Job Duties: Greet and guide new clients into the center. Checking in students and visitors to the center and maintaining the COVID-19 temperature log. Performing sanitation duties on-site related to COVID-19 safety. Schedule all students for the TABE test. Monitor student's attendance and advise teachers on when students should post-test. Schedule&Administer all TABE tests for students. Schedule and Administer all GED ready tests for students. Schedule all GED tests. Complete a student intake with each student. Creating and maintaining student files. Entering data accurately into LACES. Performing recruitment and retention activities. Maintaining an accurate call log. Work attendance is a must Attend all mandated faculty and state meetings. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. Current Arkansas Teaching License.
